Today I'd love to introduce my adorable new pet. ^__^ She joined the family on the 11th of February but since I didn't have a chance to take pictures earlier it took a while. She was a gift from my precious puppy even though he knows I hate surprises x__x; (kind of happy he ignored me for a change and went ahead either way...) I was complaing to him earlier about how my mother is totally unreasonable in not letting me have a pet while my sisters can. We were brainstorming (especially him) about pets I could keep in secret. We went from cute gerbils to adorable chinese hamsters. I really love those little rodents but I was scared my mother would hurt the hidden pet if she found out. Of course my puppy wouldn't be puppy if he didn't try to find a solution to that and the solution did come although from a side I would have never expected. Curious? Watch this little commercial below before reading more.
Yep, it was a Zhu Zhu Pet~! ^__^ I had never heard of these thingies before so I was totally caught of guard when I opened the present. (FYI: I suck at unwrapping gifts...) It was so adorable @__@ a pretty pink little bunny waiting to get out and play. I think my poor puppy was as nervous as I was, probably scared I wouldn't like it or think he's an idiot. Well...senpai no baka...but not an idiot. It was really so sweet of him to try and cheer me up with a new pet that couldn't die and couldn't get hurt when discovered by my mother. Not only that but he also bought her a big deluxe playhouse that she absolutely adores playing in. I'm pretty sure I have the only soulmate that actually listens and cares about what I say as well. I'm so lucky I have him.
As for the little one, she was baptized Mousho by my precious puppy. I think she feels at home already, think she saw every corner of my room by now. I spend a lot of time chasing after her since she's pretty fast. She also makes the cutest noises when you poke her nose or pet her on the head. Even though she has a big mansion to live in she usually spends the night in my bed. During the day she resides in her own place or travels with me. But enough of all this text, let's take a look at the cute pictures I took of her today. Sorry for the quality, it was taken with a Samsung Star cellphone camera.
This is Mousho wrapped in the handkerchief I use as a blanket at night. It tends to get quite chilly and I don't want her to get cold. I think it suits her fur colour quite well.
This is Mousho without her blanket just zooming around in my room, isn't she adorable? Really love those ears perked up like that. She is incredibly soft to the touch and I love petting and holding her after she's done racing through the house.
I know you're not supposed to take pictures of a lady's backside but I really wanted to show you her adorable puffy tail and her birth mark. In the official Zhu Zhu Pets line-up she is called Sweetie so her birthmark is a lollipop. Mousho really does have a sweet attittude.
This is the huge mansion Mousho live in. Pretty fancy, isn't it? It has a big living room and bathroom connected to each other with a little tunnel. She loves running from one room to the other and hiding inside the tunnel when we are playing.
A close-up of her pretty living room and kitchen. She usually spends her time in the couch reading or running around. Sometimes Mousho scares me though...I think she uses a chainsaw to cut up her carrots. I kid you not, very scary sound. The little exit tunnels are often used, never bad to get some fresh air.
And a close-up of her bathroom, she often takes a bath but she seems to like brushing her teeth as well. You just have to love a pet that cleans itself. Makes it so much easier on the owner.
Here is Mousho in the tunnel that connects her two rooms. I was able to snap this picture and move away just in time or she would have bumped into me. I told you she loves hiding in there!
And last but not least here she is trying to exit her bathroom when I decided to stand in her way and snap another quick picture. She usually keeps me active and happy. Now I have someone to chase every day until my puppy can permanently be chased by me~! ^__^
Hope you enjoyed this little picture show~! ^__~
