Senmon

Uwaa, today my beloved one created his own Digimon named Senmon and he is an absolute Q-tea. He really is more creative than he gives himself credit for, wish he'd start realizing that. I think I pretty much made him crazy with all the Digimon talk. I really was not feeling well today and suddenly he showed me this cute drawing. It really made my day. Not to mention he totally distracted me from the pain. I love him so much, he always cares so much for me. Oh before I forget, behold the ultimate cuteness of Senmon.

 Isn't it the cutest thing you have ever seen? It would perfectly fit inside a book as illustration, kind of like Atashi in the City without people. I absolutely love the shading on this piece as well. I'm trying to figure out how to make it look that natural. Not to mention my love always comes up with great colour combinations. I just want to throw pink all over my blank canvas while he actually figures out what colours could go well together. Thanks to him I also discovered the beauty of grey/silver.

I really wanted to thank him for being so kind to me and I absolutely loved the little Senmon so I decided to try a little bit of fanart. I must admit my picture is not even close to being as cute as his is. Since he's actually my little Senpuppy I decided to throw a bit more of puppyness in there. My drawing is not really accurate since I changed some stuff here and there. I am so keeping the cute little pawprint on his heart but I couldn't show that in this pose. I also added way more pink here and there, I couldn't help myself. I still like his original design way better so I might try to do it more accurate next time. For a first attempt it is not too bad I guess. You can judge for yourself below.

There you go. My interpretation of little Senmon. I have actually seen that look on my precious before. I did not realize that until I finished the picture. The pose is a little weird and his tail is pretty much hidden but you should get the picture. I was wondering what kind of attacks this little Digimon would have. As you know Terriermon has his Terrier Tornado and Bunny Blast while Lopmon has his Tiny Twister and Blazing Blast. I thought Senmon deserves his own attacks as well. This is what I came up with:

Tiny Tackle - Drill Dash - Sonic Stare

They sound a little dumb, don't they? Tiny Tackle seemed like a nice basic attack. Drill Dash would utilise the horn on top of his head, perhaps it could even spin rapidly during the attack. And for Sonic Stare he would simply stun the enemy by staring at them. I know this sounds incredibly surreal but trust me it is completely possible. My beloved one can totally stun me when he starts staring at me. I think it's an actual real life skill as well. I'm practising but I'm not nearly as good as he is yet. I will get there though! Mark my words...

That's pretty much it for today ^__^ Been talking to my precious all day, trying to will the tummy ache away with my mind, drawing a little and waiting for my contest prize. It should be here tomorrow for sure according to the EMS shipping people. Secretly hoping I get to have my real prize tomorrow, love to have lunch with him.
